Is this going to be the new Herald Reports?

What a lovely idea. This will enhance participation by those who just can't afford time to do a regular report, or have a hard time contacting a herald. It will give us a nice overview of happenings across the land and allow for a variety of input. I can't wait to read it!

Is this going to be the new Herald Reports?

Yes, as it was announced in the March Developer's Desk, these will replace the Herald Reports.

Is there a schedule by which these are supposed to come out, or just once there's enough submissions to make a full report? How do we find out if our submission was or was not accepted?
