Migration to user names instead of email address for logging in...
All accounts are being validated through the new billing system. We are phasing out the use of email for login - so please start using your user name/display name to log in instead of email.
If you don't know your user name/display name, log in through the web site and look at the top left corner to see your display name. If you want your user name to be your email address, please submit a ticket to http://support.istaria.com to request the change (we need your user name and email address). We'd like to see every account have a valid email address (and also in 2 weeks will support the same email address to be associated to multiple accounts).
If you can't login and you know your user name and password are valid, please email [email protected] with your user name or email so we can track down any problems.
