Greetings, Citizens of the Empire!

The entries were many and varied, the judging long and difficult, but at last, the Bureau of Observances is pleased to announce the winners of the Fall Festival contest. Our thanks go out to all who entered for their exceptional work; we had so many good entries, in fact, that a number of runners-up were selected for each category and those entries will also be added to this year's Fall Festival.
