Beginner <Cloth, Hide, Leather> Hand Wraps formulae

The Beginner versions of these formulae are currently missing from the Outfitter trainers compliment (Journeyman versions are available though). They are available through the Tailor trainer but should also be available on the Outfitter trainer as well.

Have to say I agree and have noticed this as well.

Any word on this Amon?
