I am at a window of blue and white clouds. My character is named unnamed character and she cannot see anything but the sky. Can you please fix? Also none of my chat tabs are working either. They have the title but thats it.

Try deleting the World cache folder (this makes the game reload all the background stuff) and do a full scan and patch.
