Re: Decorative Stone Tiles
Whats the exact name of the tile you're using?
Is it just the regular stone tiles which come in these dimensions:
5x5
5x10
5x15
10x10
10x15
10x20
15x15
20x20
20x40
30x30
40x40
If so, you're saying that as you increase the dimensions, the offsets (anchor point) gets worse?

Knew I should have logged in and gotten the specifics:
Stone Flooring Decorative Square...
10 x 10 - Good
10 x 15 - Anchor point appears to be offset by 2.5m above, 5m inside from corner
10 x 20 - Anchor point appears to be offset by 5m above, 5m inside from corner
15 x 15 - Good
20 x 20 - Good
20 x 40 - Anchor point appears to be 10m above, and 10m inside from corner
30 x 30 - Good
40 x 40 - Good
5 x 10 - Anchor point appears to be 2.5m above, and 2.5m inside from corner
5 x 15 - Anchor point appears to be 5m above, and 5m inside from corner
5 x 5 - Good
When I say 'Anchor point appears' is as seen on planning screen and the anchor point shows as not buildable (red) even though actual flooring is not intersecting with anything.
Distance references are based from the corner as initially seen on screen without any rotation - the upper right corner of the flooring. Anchor point '*' and flooring "_" and '.' used for spacing as forums don't like spaces

Hope that helps
Re: Decorative Stone Tiles
Sorry for the delay in responding, had to do several tests to get an idea of what is going on. We believe we've narrowed down the problem and what needs fixed.
The issue you describe applies to three different floor tiles:
Stone Flooring Decorative Square
Stone Flooring Fishbone Square
Stone Flooring Grey Slate
So everyone should beware, in the meantime, you'll have those alignment issues (in plot planner) with those tiles.
As you pointed out, the problem is only with these tile dimensions:
10x15
10x20
20x40
5x10
5x15
Thanks for the report and the extra details, that helped a lot!
Re: Decorative Stone Tiles
Fixed up in Maya, new .agf models exported and will be patched out soon.
Fixes:
Stone Flooring Decorative Square
Stone Flooring Fishbone Square
Stone Flooring Grey Slate
Dimensions Fixed:
10x15
10x20
20x40
5x10
5x15
Re: Decorative Stone Tiles
My plot is covered in floor tiles or was. Today after patch my floor tiles are no longer inside my boundaries. My plot is on Order at 258/258 in Rihki. My tiles had been perfect up till today. Now they are not on my plot but outside. Please correct this please. Been fine until today. Thank you. Slimey on Order
Re: Decorative Stone Tiles
Hi Slimey,
Sorry for the problems and side effects with the "fixed" tiles. What has happened, is that those tile dimensions listed has always been backwards. In other words, the X and Y was setup in reverse. Now that they are correct, this has caused the tiles, already on plots to appear turned 90 degrees.
You should send in a support ticket and link this thread for reference. The devs should be able to rotate those (4) 20x40 tiles or possibly add novians so you can rebuild those, if it's not possible.

Same would be true for anyone else with problems of the listed tiles and dimensions. You can tear it down and rebuild and it will appear correctly if that's easier for you all, but support should be able to rotate them, too.
Going forward, the fixed tiles are better because they will not go out of bounds, while in planning mode, and trying to align them in the corners of the plot boundaries.
Here is a screenshot so that you can see how the tiles were incorrect previously. Even in the plot preview window, you can see they weren't proper.
Re: Decorative Stone Tiles
Thanks for the info. All my outside tiles are turned on the pivot points to be outside my plot boundaries. I will submit a support ticket on this. Slimey on Order
Re: Decorative Stone Tiles
I got a reply about my service ticket. Said nothing was wrong with my tiles. Even now they are outside my plot boundaries leaving my inside plot mixed with tiles and empty in many places. No thank you for that reply. This is enough to make you sick. Slimey boiling in a corner.
Re: Decorative Stone Tiles
They'll get it sorted out, I sent a message with more explanation. I suspect they didn't have the updated patch yet, which makes your tiles look correct as they were in the past. Sorry about the extra delay.
