I posted this in the Questions and Answers board too, and thought I would post here as well. I want to play. Need help!
I was playing Horizons before Christmas and had all my characters up to level 20 and one to level 44. I got a new PC for Christmas. A AMD X2 3800+ and had to reformat the hard drive.
Well I had issues with it connecting to the internet and finally this past weekend I got those issues resolved. So I installed Horizons on my new PC and go to log in and play. Only to find out that it tells me that, "Your user name and password were not found".
I tried the "Password help" link only to get a message saying, "We are unable to verify your identity at this time. If you need further assistance please contact customer service".
Well I need help. I do not want to loose my characters. I had property and was in a good guild with my level 44 guy. If I lost my characters what happens to my property? Who can I contact to get back in the game?
See I can log onto the message boards but I do not exsist in the game?? Why? I know my email address and password so why does it say it can not find me?
Please help!! I want to play this game and not go back to WoW.
