There's fraps and also game cam, both seem to cause lag somewhat randomly for me. It seems to depend alot of what Im capturing.
If you mean grabbing video of a game running... Fraps is the answer.Quote:

FRAPS is the way to go IMO.

No matter what prog you're using, it is still going to be pretty CPU-intensive, especially if you are attempting to encode while recording. If you don't encode while recording, it isn't as bad, but you will eat HDD space like crazy.
