Player custom quests/guild custom quests
I dunno if its been suggested before, but would it be possible to have the ability to create a quest for other members in your guild and assign a money reward for completion?
It would need to take the form of a quest compiler from a new button on the quests screen which would give you the option of selecting a monster type, a level range and to add some money out of your own pocket with a 255 character quest descriptionbefore selecting a guild member or assigning to a player name, or even assigning to the whole guild with the first person to acheive the quest getting the reward?
Just thought it would be a cool way of helping people train up thier skills and getting a bit of cash without powerleveling them *grins*
Also to add a bit of fun to roleplay out a scenario.
P.S. thanks go out to Eoneth for giving me the idea.
Re: Player custom quests/guild custom quests
Players have done such, just take some effort.
One event was the gathering of technique resources and a crafter would make items asrewards for a scavenger hunt.
Guild members can easily have coin rewards for quests other members undertake. Coin is not too hard to gain, but it takes a bit of player effort.
Order has had some poetry reading and story time. Confectioners made foods, but I'm sure some of the participants received some coin for their time.
What exactly were you suggesting? The developers put in some sort of player made questing code or that players take more initiative in generating their own fun between WM events.
Re: Player custom quests/guild custom quests
Just some actual player made questing code. Doesn't need to be coin as a reward, but items, or even guild points (which don't really seem to have much of a use tbh hehe)
Just a little extra thingy to make it easier to give out tasks to guild members. Doesn't even need to be killing things, but even adding x ammount of units to a particular guild building.
