Draak Formula drop

I've been farming Draak lately for the journeyman formulas for my dragon and I've been getting more broken items drops than formulas.I have enough to fit out a small army by now,and if my dragon could attach them to his hide, I'd be truly spiked. I don't know what the drop rate is for formulas vs broken items but based on my experience it seems rather low. Is it possible that the drop rate for formulas could be adjusted a bit?

Just as a little helpful thingy, it's generally a better idea to form for Jman forms at the Ice Blights in ND, they have a steady drop of Forms/Techs and hoard with nearly no other stuff dropping.
