Plots/lairs - alternative ownership model

There seems to be a wide variety of plot, and to a lesser extent, lair sizes. And with players only being able to own one per account, this seem unfair.

FYI - I have one of the good-sized lairs so I'm personally happy. But I know a lot of players, especially bipeds, who are quite anxious about getting a decent sized plot.

If it was feasible from a coding point of view, I believe players should be able to own a certain amount of land per account, rather than one plot per account. That would both be fairer, and more flexible. It could also improve the appeal of currently unattractive property.

Eg. some bipeds might want to own 2 or 3 small plots in different regions. Or some players might have dragon and biped characters and want a small lair and a small plot.
