Intermittent issues today

As has been reported by players, there are some issues with portions our network today. Our ISP was doing some maintenance work that wasn't supposed to effect anything externally. As we all know, whenever a computer technician says "We don't expect that it will", that's a jinx that the rest of the world can translate to "we know it's going to". ;)

Our plan at this point is to perform our own weekly maintenance when we are able to before bringing the servers back online. That way players won't end up losing two days in a row. This maintenance will contain the anticipated delta that we did not launch last week.

As we know more, we'll attempt to keep you posted. Please spread the word, though, as we don't know from one moment to the next what is really going to be effected.
