Expert Imbued Essence Orb Formula

After killing hundreds of Pygmies I still have not had this formula drop. I need it so I can complete a quest. No idea why you are able to purchase the Bigginer and Journeyman forms but not the Expert. Send me a tell in game or leave a message here if you happen to have an extra.

It would seem that this form should be on a Trainer as are other Craft forms. Perhaps a bug that it is not on a Trainer (far as I can tell).
