An Issue with Favoritism

It has come to my attention that there is some favoritism happening within the developement of new aspects of the game. I have found an NPC that has been named "Oelerif" which seems harmless enough at first glance. But if you turn it around, it spells out Fireleo. A player on chaos. Not only that, he looks exactly like the player FireLeo, which is what caught my eye at first.

This does not seem appropriate for a development team that is supposed to treat players equally and not favorite individuals.

Not only does it have a striking resemblance to Guaran's design, it is also the player's name in reverse.

Is it possible to have player-npcs placed in-game? Or did they just do something notable and were thus granted to be in-game?
