Last time i played i had a pretty large layer 5x5x6 and it only cost like 300s. Today I see Lairs ownd by community XXXX and they are like 2 gold. Was there a price increase?

Yeah, I can't remember why. The pattern now is that lairs closer to resources and landing pads/portals are much, much more expensive than those out in the wilds, iirc. My lair was 720s in Harro when I got it and it's about 3g or so now... while some out in the wilds barely scratch 1g.
