for the quest Ganesh footsteps I haven't seen any drops of journal pages, from quests, fallen gaurds , myloc gatheres not vaterans. probably openned 10 chests, killed 20 fallen and the same anmount of Mylocs.
I have done this in a group of one needing the drops and the other one having done the quest. opening alway's as the one that needs the pages
Please can you check if the droppes are dropping.

They do still drop the 40 myloc finally had a page.
But not having had a drop since the last update on this issue, I started wondering.
This is not a bug. It was changed in the first update of 2019 so that only Mylocs drop the Journal entries and only while on the quest.

But they do drop I have only been very unlucky after the update
