is what I get if I try to log in.

any ideas?

I've heard of that happening sometimes, on first try. Does it still happen on 2nd or more tries?

If so, try these steps:

Exit Launcher
Delete the .lopt files from c:\program files (x86)\Istaria\Prefs folder.
Start Launcher again. Your remembered username/password will be blank. Re-enter it again

The main one would be username.lopt

See if that helps.

But I still can t log in: Insufficiant Char slots it now says.
I got a mail from "Amarie" yesterday, that one sub is not payed.
I already wrote a ticket to support.

I checked October- which is payed for both subs-
and phoned with service center of my cc: They also said that everything is ok,
and they have no idea why payment should not work.

Now I will have to wait for answer from support..

Hello Lov. This happens to me every time I log into the game. It has been this way since they changed servers. I do get on after 2nd or 3rd try. I hope you get it fixed. Hope to see you on Order sometime in future. Slimey on Order
