I had cleaned out my cach be cause I hadn't been playing for a while. I needed to pick some thing up in sslanis. But to my big supprice a lot of shoppers and traders but barely no specific NPCs (both meli and gissel and a LOT of other were missing)
I had to walk a distance out of town and then back in and then they started to bumb back in.
