keybindings dont work! help pls!

i have been trying to change my keybinds around to better suit my style of play but i cant change any of them. i go to the blue gem, click on options, then keybinding tab. i left click the keybinding action i want to change and it blinks. then i press the button i want to change it to and nothging happens. ive tried restarting my comp and relogging. but i cant seem to change ANY of my keybinds to anything. the only think i have been able to do is delete keybindings by just left double clicking them. should i do a scan? can anybody help me pls?

just wanted to post that i fixed the problem. just run full scan before entering game. :D
