Spellcrafter / Scholar in Kirasanct

I went to kira on 2 accounts and 3 alts. I had to relog each time to get spellcrafter and scholar to appear. leave kira and return, no spellcrafter again, have to wait a while for him to spawn back. Scholars do NOT have the new gifts as described in the patch notes. They don't even exist on the gift scroll forms yet.

Also I can not see Knossos most times. I have to leave an area and return to see him.

I got those gift forms from spell trainer last week. How can you miss Knossos when he's wearing that hat! Strange things afoot.

Yes, Spellcrafter sells them, so they can be purchased. but the update states they exist on scholars. They don't
