Bug Hunt: Disappearing Items

Recently, we have received occasional reports that consumables are disappearing. We are currently looking for someone who has had this issue occur and notices it 'right away' / when it happens.

We're thinking there may be a macro being used, mouse clicks, or some form of input potentially linked with the bug - but we need to know all of these details to reproduce the issue. As of now, we have not been able to reproduce it in our testing environment and are looking for any help with nailing down these specifics. When we can reproduce something, a fix is almost always possible soon after.
