is lair design is broken?

i tried to create this layout

where ha = hall, tr = trans,c = coridor, e= entrance,V = vault,st= stone cutter,sp=spelmaker,cr=crystal shaper,ge=gem cutter. halls are helian for level 1-3 and the linus level 4-6
tn = tech level.

ok I can't get to be placed non of the t4 halls nor the t1 library nor the T6 crystal shaper in place although all should have been possible.

So how do i do this, or do I have to conclude that lair design is broken.
this was done on the southern lair in morning light 5x5x6 on order.

PS for devs no contrucktion is going on there nor anything placed.

I see that i made a small mistake in the representaion of my plan every where where it reads HaT4,Hat4,Hat6,Hat6 is hould have read HaT4,Hat4,Hat6,Hat6,Hat6, probably made because i never got to placing the hall t6.

did an other lay out last night, did go a bid better, but still this time i can't place 2 t2 libraries and one t6 hall and one t4 library.

build the design, but even after that its still not doing what its suppose to do.

*edit* ok, I read your chart wrong the first time.

I thought lately lair design had gotten easier, since they apparently allow chambers to extend outside the lair now (sometimes they even show up above ground). But there are still a lot of instances where you th ink a room should fit and it doesn't.

I've never understood why sometimes it works and sometimes not.
