Hello from an Old Dragon

Hello, Istarians!

Wow, where to begin? I played Istaria back when it was "Horizons: Empire of Istaria" as a dragon, Ilmen Luinloke, Spirit Helian. I'm trying to think of some old player names, but all I can remember right now is Gritemordle (First Adult!), Paw, and AshDoggyDogg who, when asked to change his name to something "More RP," changed it to AshDoggton. Oh, and I remember Tigris Euprhates, of course.

I am trying so hard to get this game to work on my Mac so that I can rejoin you all. I'm having some trouble and the support ticket is dead in the water. So it may be some time.

Question though: I have four active characters. If I log in on the free account (I can't really pay until the software works, no?) and I try to log in on one of them, will the other three be deleted?!?

No, your other characters won't be deleted ^^ You can archive them now through the launcher, which basically means putting them in storage where you can't play them, but they aren't deleted and don't count to your character total :)

I was able to archive three of the four and am active as Lhasa Skamar on Order, a Saris, until I can figure out my bearings. I'm going to go hassle the people in the Mac thread to see if they can help.

on other thing you have to be aware of that probably from time you played the servers have been rearranged. so that there are now only two.

I don't know what the consequences of that will be
