combat armor enchantments?

As experimenting with this is a bid expensive because of the amount of bloodmage fingers probably needed. So I'm asking advice.

I look to create a general set of armour for combat. First a set chain mail, later plate and padded, of the highest tier for a piped.

AD the moment I'm using my spirit bolt as my main offensive, So if people think offence is better than defence you please use that one.

AD the moment I'm thinking that armour, ethereal armour and health are probably best, but I would like other people’s ideas on this.

please explain also why if you can.
