What has happened to the mobs on Blight? While I am rather new here, there seems to little or no mob spawns in most places. Even sitting and waiting in the area for them to spawn doesnt seem to help. Could they have packed up and moved to Chaos?

Seems to be that way. I tried to make an alt dragon while the other servers were down.. I found 3 (level 1) mobs to kill after 15 min on the tutorial island.
its only so because blight is missing one server that handle the spawns, so they are slow to spawn. Usually waiting in one spot for a minute or two (maybe longer some places) will spawn the mobs...
