All beginner spells are available (tier 1 and 2), with materials kept in stock so orders can be made in minutes. Most common techs are also available, and if I don't have the one you want, I'll go get it!

I won't bother repeating the complete list of spells here, but if you tell me your class and level, I can tell you exactly what you could be using... :)

Prices are reasonable, slightly below consigner rates for single spells, with discounts given for multiple purchases.
