Fix the Forum icons and Sigs

MINOR ISSUE

this has been bugging me for quite a while and i can't stand it anymore, i wish to ask kindly for this to get fixed though i don't want to get too pushy on the devs, they're doing a great job and i don't want to seem like a jerk.

though it seems like a minor issue i want people to be able to change and see their icons and signature pictures again, it'll make a few happy as well.

We've heard your concerns and of other forum users, sadly this isn't something that is in our hands as Cegaiel announced in a previous thread relating to this issue.
