Question about titles

I am returning from a long break of 2 years. I left shortly after the titles were changes to emblems you activate much like a skill. My ancient is 100/100/100, I have expert lair shaper title but no way to receive Master or Grand Master Crafter, Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all welcome back!

There is now a third crafting school for Dragons: Dragon Crystalshaper. Lv100 Crystalshaper is required to receive the Grand Master Dragon Crafter title/emblem.

You can start the Dragon Crystalshaper questline at the Council where the gate to the Rift is located.
