I want to level two hand slash. So been looking through the wikia and found that there are starter axes etc.. such as the Refurbished Bronze Large Axe which is sold by a Imperial vendor. Question is, where is one? Does not seem to be one in New Trismus.

when you start a school and do your starter quests, you are sent to the npc to receive refurbished gear
I dont get much time to play so, what I saw two days ago, I may not remember today. Plus the wiki stated imperial vendors, to me that could be different then an officer in New Trismus...Quote:

Just about any old pawnbrowker sells the permits. Trade with them. In the dalimond tavern/vault there is one on second floor.
