Bermuda Triangle of Support Tickets?

I am usually more patient (Okay, well maybe not so much) but I put in a ticket
a week ago and no response at all. The problem is that my goat is waiting on
top of the Nature Tower because she is trying to do the Dark Cyclone quest
and it seems to be bugged. She is a level 100 Ranger and qualified,
but after speaking to the Wisp at the top of the tower
the quest will not advance. She doesn't really like climbing all the way up
so she has been waiting up there for a week and there is no food up there.
I don't know what she is likely to do if she gets hungry enough....

Did the person who answers tickets go on vacation or something?

Quest advanced...
you speak to cloud wisp, and meditate next to it for few minutes. the quest will tell you when done. You dont go anywhere or it likely breaks the quest. try again (destroy and take quest again), speak to wisp, and wait next to it.
