How to get to Balit's Island for a biped?

Being a dragon I was able to fly there to get the quest going.

However, my girlfriend plays a fiend. I know there is a landing pad on the island but what I haven't been able to figure out is where the portal is that takes you to that pad?

Any help would be appreciated.

Go to Settlement: Selen, and look on your map, There should be a bridge just south of town that will take you to the portal!

Closest landing pad is Selen. If you pull up the map you will find a bridge to Balit's Island.

Actually, the bridge (or rather series of bridges) leads you to a small isle with a portal to Balits Island. ;)
