Not a good SSL on support.istaria.com
Hey everyone, finally looking back a bit into the forum, found the thread about DX9 shaders, tried to follow a link and... couldn't. Because my browser doesn't accept any TLS1.0-only connections anymore.
Checking with SSLlabs (Link here), it shows the following:

As this certificate also counts for accounts.istaria.com, I think, the certificate really could be made better.

Makes me wonder what web browser were you using, I tested support.istaria.com on :
Chrome 64
Firefox 58
Internet Explorer 11
Edge 41
Opera 50
Safari 11
and I had zero problems navigating support webpage.
Re: Not a good SSL on support.istaria.com
It is a setting one can do in the about:config from Firefox or via AddOns.
Nonetheless the browser version, when accessing a website, where I can manage the account details of anything, I think it should have a more secure certificate. There are many https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transp...gainst_TLS/SSL where most I think are much easier to target at TLS version 1.0, which is the only one supported from the site.

It's not the certificate, it's the protocols.. says so right in the Summary you posted.
The webserver software is getting old, that is what needs an update.
