Looking for the NPC "Salinthio" for Kill Red Tusks Quest....

Does anyone know where to find the NPC "Salinthio" for the Kill Red Tusks Quest? Alcolyte Miri wants me to give a sample of the Cure to Salinthio, but I'm unable to find him in New Trismus, etc... Not sure if it's a Cleric Quest or not.. I'm a lvl 9 Cleric, but haven't used this Char. for a while and he has the quest...
I'd appreciate any help anyone could give me...
