LTB Tier IV Techs... please help!

I have checked the consigners and haven’t seen these for sale, so I figure they might be some of the ones that people tend to stockpile in their guild houses and libraries. I have just returned to the game and I am currently guild-less, so I am asking for some help here in the forums…

Looking to Buy the following Tier IV spell techs:

• Heal Increase IV
• Accuracy IV
• Gale IV

I need the same ones for Tier V, but I guess I can worry about that when I get there, hehe.
