My Guildee Daruque (on rl vacation atm) reported to me that he experienced same problem but with perserverence he finished quest as apparently you did as well

They might want to change the quest helper text in the quest menu to Wraith Overseers instead of just Wraith's just to avoid confusion. But yea about 2/3 counted and the rest were dud's.
