Our guild Armorer is able to make XBow IV now!
But, no Armor IV yet. Regardless Batak is not online very often currently. However, the next time I see Batak, she will receive the tech and then she can do Cobalt Stuff with XBow IV.
Not 100% sure but you can try our guild armorer "Condor" (lvl 100) think he may be able.
Hiyas, Loth... can't make them as t4 sadly but got the armor V and xbow V when u need. Just give me a teller when u're there. [:D]
