I killed a lot of beeings between Sslanis and Kion, but didn't find any.

Ogres and Pygmies are the beings that drop forms now, so I suggest the sand pygmies near lower bridgeview or NTQuote:

I don't think formula drops now at New Tris. My understanding is formula not only drops from semi intelligent mobs (ogres, pygmies, undead) but the upper half of the tier. So for t1 it would be 10-19 (not positive the exact level breaks on that).
