Dragon Stance Rework

I have made a document reworking the dragon stances excluding Terror Stance. I felt I needed to do this stances felt underwhelming and since the rework to Terror Stance was good I wanted to do the others and throw some ideas around. It started with Flame Stance since i felt it was least useful one now and I eventually did the others if you're wondering why it's split in the damage. The names and numbers aren't really final, although i did try to adjust the numbers according the tier. Doing this also gives some abilities and spells a boost (I'm looking at you Prime Bolt).

Any feedback or thoughts would be welcome, I plan on doing biped ones next and a rework on the blighted armor/weapons system later.
