You can easily check the xp you get per resources yourself. Simply add crafting and decon xp, and divide by resources used minus resources reclaimed. Highest value wins. If you're really zealous...

Afraid not... It's more or less jewelry that's the way to go. If you have access to a couple of silos near a jeweler's shop it would help a lot, but that's not always possible.
