I personally think any character that has a /played of more than 1000 hours (approx 42 days) should never be subject to having its name reclaimed.

Our guild owns Myulki on Chaos server. Right now we can not purchase the new 35x105 and 50x50 plots there.

However, people not even in our guild CAN buy them. Already we have lost 2 of our plots....

Aye in this case it would be best if reclaimation was to take place for guildcommunites *before* the lock down... then give guilds about 1 week to strip the novians and free up the plots for resizing.
