I've had this happen before with another tech. I forget which one, but it was long ago. I don't know if it's a graphical thing or what, but relogging or /loadui usually fixes it so it displays the...

The Lesser Aradoth trainers don't give you the level-specific quests for scholar. On the upside, once you get to level 20 scholar, the Dalimond trainer will give you these quests.
