I've launched a ticket and it is open without a response for about a week now.
How long do I have to wait, till someone (at least) respond to my request?
I set up a subscription only to play with...
I got a ticket running, too.
Its about my old unity chars.
Got no response until now, but its the request isn't that old.
Perhaps there are "a few" things to do for the people running this thingy....
Did you get an e-mail as your chars were back on?

well, perhaps i should write an e-mail to make sure the request reaches someone.
I think reqs are an active sub and at least a trial account, if there was no north american account before.
But i match all the things. I've made a subscription today via paypal.

I've a question about the support-site: I can't submit tickets. If i do so, the ticket is not displayed at the ticket-history.
Now that Istaria is VISTA compatible, i want to revive my...
After the latest patch, the module causing the crash changed to "kernel.32.dll". I hope for the best, that the problem will be solved. ;)
Got a clean install-disk from the evil empire itself :).
But however, playing istaria is impossible. I hope this will change soon. Tried a lot of games, but istarian gameplay and character...

Grrr, now it is the msvcrt.dll that causes the "horizons has stopped working" message ... .
Too sad. perhaps next month. *crosses fingers* ;)
Please, give us (vista64 bit users) a working ntdll.dll
I'd love to return, but i won't install a second os only for a game ;)
