it lets me fill out all the information and hit the submit button but then nothing.. no page stating that my ticket was submitted.. just goes to the help library. I just checked my settings and all...

exactly.. I would rejoin the school.. just wanted to reset it. :D I have submitted a ticket in the meantime. Now I just wait to hear from them and see what happens.
