You need Weapon and Tool Dye Kits do dye the sacks and satchels.

Good find Knossos! I did try it and the Weapon and Tool dye kits really works on satchels but not for sacks, would be great if the kits would work for sacks too.

Most of the wearables are tintable from armor till weapons, I'd like this option for the sacks and satchels too. ;)
