You could add a Tannery (or the machines anyway) to the Blackhammer Farm. They have a Gruok infestation next door and would logically be harvesting the resources they kill. ;)

Whilst I like the idea, I have to play Devils advocate on this on and say. Why?
We have gotten along fine for the last 10 years without them, why do we need them now?
