0xc0000135??????

I reciently had to reformat my hard drive. I try to run Hz with the new patcher I get this message. SilentPatcher.exe - Application Error The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).click ok to terminate the application.

I turned off firewall and anti virus while i did the full scan.

If i don't use the new patcher it reboots my comp right after the 100% convertining texture files.
