I couldn't work with it either....

Right click on your desktop and choose New -> Shortcut.
For the location of the item put "C:\Program Files\Horizon Crafter Calculator\Horizons_Crafter.exe"
Press next, you may choose a different name for it to display as (how it will show up on your desktop), thenpress finish.
