Lvl 50 dragon scale quests broken

Both lvl 50 dragon scale quests (Floating Island, the Lunus and the Helian scales) are bugged. The dragon on floating island sends you to a dragon to start the quest, but the 2nd NPC in line (the alchemist and the BLK in dalimond) are both no longer existant since the world patch. Thus it is impossible to finish the quest. (And as these scales are not available to an adult, my hatchling lvl 50 is stuck with this quest now)

There is a BLK-trainer in dalimond, but as he has a different name, the quest doesn't get triggered by him.

It shouldn't be more than fixing the link to an existing NPC to make the quest work again... pleaaaseee [:$]

update:

well, the BLK-trainer in aughundell, where the Lunus sends you to, is existing and workng, but the name given in the quest log is wrong anyhow. The Log sais Barc, the trainers real name is Baric. So, the Lunus quest should be possible to finish, while the Helian still lacks the Alchemist [:'(]
