unable to log in!!

a few days ago i changed my log-in user name to hz, now it seems that neither the new one nor the old one will work, what can i do to get this sorted. i've sent a mail to customer support and 3 days on i'm still awaiting a response so i thought i'd post here!

I am based in the uk and hope someone here can get it sorted

says it all huh?? i post under tech issues and no-one can be bothered to answer... i know tulga dont run the UNITY server but is not a ******** good reason to take it back from GN?? i been playing since this started nearly 2 years ago and after a week of complaining i've still had no response from GN!!

if a company cant deal with an issue i'd at least expect an answer saying so!!
Well.... no more Tulga OR GN from me both companies lose out and earn a bad reputation... SHAME ON YOU!!!!
