    Info for players from overseas who are still sceptical about the European plea for better support:

    Right this minute the Unity authentication server has been down for more than 2 hours -- noone on GN can be reached on the IRC, no official acknowledgement that something is amiss on the GN-Online forum, even though many players have asked for info there...

    server is down for more than6 hours! No reaction, nothing, it's a shame GN.

    First question should be:
    Is there enough accounts to pay the servers, technical service for the hardware AND a good support?
    I received the impression that Unity has arount 100 characters online at primetime. I calculate this to around 300-500 paid accounts.
    That would be not nearly enough to pay for a really good game server or a 24 hour support team. It more looks like a hobby of Lica, who (if he really is alone) is doing a good job.

    Of course this is only an impression of an outsider.

    Interesting.
    I have been gone for like 6 months(?) now and nothing on GN side had changed?
    The people of Unity deserve more than a trophy and thousands of medals for being so patient with GN. [Y]

    To GN: You should be more grateful to your custormers because as you can see, they are one of the best on the world. Give them proper support pls.
